The Higher Technological Institute in 6th of October is a leading educational beacon that contributes significantly to graduating generations of creative and qualified engineers who effectively contribute to the development of society and keep pace with modern technological challenges. Since its establishment in 1996, the institute has worked to provide distinguished engineering education through a group of programs that include electrical engineering (Electronics and Communications Division), mechanical engineering (General and Automotive Division), civil engineering, and architectural engineering. These specializations form the cornerstone of industrial and urban development, and reflect the institute's commitment to providing education that meets the standards of excellence. All degrees granted by the institute are accredited and equivalent by the Supreme Council of Universities to the bachelor's degree granted by Egyptian universities. ... The Electrical Engineering Program (Electronics and Communications Division) has obtained an accreditation certificate from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, and work is currently underway to accredit the remaining programs.
